Spoke with the United call center in India four times today. Each time I said that my pregnant wife needed medicine that was in our suitcase. This was an outrigt lie designed to make them get our bag here faster. After being assured that this would get it here on the "emergency", "priority", and "expedited" lists, I was told that it would get put on another airline asap OR in the "worst case" scenario it would come tonight on the same flight we came in on last night.
It's now 11:46 pm and we have no bag and have not heard from the airline since I called at 8:15 and was told that the bag was on the plane and would be delivered tonight.
