Welcome to the Twin Cities

For those of you who have not had the pleasure of visiting the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, here are some photos for your viewing pleasure. The Land of 10,000 Lakes is even more beautiful in person, and we encourage all of our loyal readers to visit. Note to the female readers - tax free shopping on clothes DOES extend to shoes.

St. Paul: Downtown skyline, Capitol grounds, Mississippi River and downtown, the Conservatory at the Como Zoo, and Rice Park

Minneapolis: Downtown skyline, IDS Tower (tallest building in MN), Wells Fargo building and [formely known as] US Bank Center, skyline with Metrodome at night

*Question for those experienced Bloggers out there in the Blogosphere- how do you add photos to your post and then move the placement around? Can you even do that or do you have to load all the photos you want to use and then add in text around them?

I LOVE the twin cities. My family used to live up there and since it was 3 hours from my hometown, it was our primary vacation in the summer. You HAVE to check out the Spam Museum in Austin, MN. (It was the first stop on our honeymoon.) Awwww....
